Born in 1960, he was graduated in Economics in 1984  and in Law in 1990, both at "La Sapienza" University in Rome.



Chartered Accountant admitted before Tax Courts and Chartered Independent Auditor.



He has developed a sound experience of twenty years in the Tax Office dept. of major Italian companies and financial institutions operating in different sectors (Telecommunication, Energy, Banking).

He was an important actor in some of the major M&A transactions of the last ten years for the telco sector.
